Quaint hotel, had incredible stay.

The rooms were airy where the air conditioner broke, the staff were pleasant and exceptional. Great location in an area south of playa del carmen called playacar, all was excellent. Ate at the authentic restaurant especially for the price.

Our updated room was spotless and bed was soft. Location: the hotel was next to mamitas beach and Quinta Avenida, all resturants and a large grocery store frequented by people who live / work in Playa. Had nice dainties at Wicheria, located around 4-6 minutes away by foot from the property...

We had a delightful stay and would recomand it to anyone. That was nice little and fabulous hotel set in wonderful area, near the ferry and the main party and shopping street, 5th Avenue.

The highlight of my stay at Riviera Del Sol was the complimentary beach towels and beach toys for children. It made our time by the beach even more enjoyable. The hotel also provided easy access to the beach, which was a major plus. The outdoor breakfast buffet overlooking the palm trees and pool was a pleasant way to start the day. The staff at the reception were extremely friendly and helpful, making us feel welcomed throughout our stay. The hotel's location near 5th Avenue was perfect for exploring restaurants, bars, and shops. With all these great features, I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

The value we got for our money was excellent. The room was spacious and cleaned daily. The location was perfect, right by 5th Avenue with easy access to the beach. The staff at Riviera Del Sol were incredibly friendly and helpful.

More variety of breakfast items would make it even better.

Food was good and I have nothing but perfectly pleasant memories from this trip. The rooms were beautifully decorated and well-equipped, the view was magnificent.

Breakfast was incredibly nice, pleasant views, incredible location really close to Xcaret and shops, restaurants, bars and the beach and beach and 5th avenue. All the stuff was very very nice and really kind, settled my issues. The room was spotless, updated and included a cute balcony and a ceiling fan. The bed was soft and I appreciated a huge bathroom.

Overall the room is spotless, updated and includes a lovely balcony and a ceiling fan. The breakfast is complimentary and nice. It offers exceptional services. Need to be mentioned that free Wi-Fi was provided throughout the property. The venue is definitely recommended to anyone.

The hotel is cute little with very friendly staff, breakfast is complimentary, ideal location in an animated turistic area. The room is a nice size and there are magnificent views of the ocean. The poolside bar offers cool drinks.
